Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk - Ad Operations will provide support to the Advertising Operations department and reporting to the Ad Operations Director. This position will assist the team with scheduling, launching and reporting on ad campaigns in our in-house system.

Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for all data entry regarding online ad campaigns
- Support the department with advertising campaign maintenance
- Assist with the ongoing quality assurance support
- Identify, resolve and escalate issues that negatively impact campaigns to the team
- Help to identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Ad Ops department, including the development of tools, processes and reports related to job responsibilities
- Run daily, weekly and monthly reports
Employment Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to key alpha and numeric data
- Experience in advertising sales, marketing, media, publishing, broadcasting
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must (90% of the job)
- Ability to analyze, interpret and execute written and verbal instructions
- Strong sense of organization, teamwork, initiative and capable of multitasking
- Post secondary education (computer science, office automation, administrative etc)
