Yves Eric Laliberté

Yves Eric Laliberté, President of Triton Digital's Streaming Division, is a well-known decision maker, negotiator, and visionary, skilled at recruiting talented people who share his dedication and passion for excellence.

Prior to joining Triton, Yves Eric Laliberté founded Cesart International, an interactive agency which is currently a Bell Canada company, the country's largest telecom group. He also cofounded Cescom, an early entry in the IP telephony field. As president and CEO, he was instrumental in attracting both private and institutional investors. Playing a dual role as CEO/CFO, he negotiated $30 million in financing. Laliberté has spearheaded numerous Internet projects, including setting up one of the world's first high-speed Internet services for Canadian cable distributor Cogeco. His company then repeated the feat in Portugal, becoming the first to offer this service through Cabovisão, the country's largest private cable operator.

Laliberté holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a diploma from the École Polytechnique de Montréal, he currently resides in Montréal.
